Politica di cancellazione

Request before shipment
The customer can request order cancellation before shipment by writing toinfo@latappezzeriavenanzini.com. The request must include the order number, name, email used for the purchase, and a clear cancellation request.
Cancellation not guaranteed
Cancellation before shipment is not guaranteed. If the order is already in advanced preparation, packing, logistics processing, or handed over to the courier, we may not be able to stop it.
After shipment
After shipment, the order cannot be cancelled. The customer will have to await delivery and, if applicable, follow the return procedure.
Effect of the request
Submitting a request does not mean the order has already been cancelled. Cancellation is valid only after confirmation from customer service.
Refund in case of approved cancellation
If the cancellation is approved and payment has already been charged, any refund is processed to the original payment method. Processing times may also depend on the circuit or card issuer.
